Fundacion Azteca and Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) Recognize Congressional Staff Member Arthur Estopinan for Outstanding Service

Fundacion Azteca and the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) are pleased to announce the presentation of an "Outstanding Achievement Award" to Arthur Estopinan, Chief of Staff of the office of Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, for over two decades of dedication to congressional service.

"Arthur is not only my Chief of Staff, but also a friend and trusted counselor. His many years working on the Hill have shown me that his dedication, commitment and love of community are unmatched," said Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen (FL-18). "Through his tireless work and advocacy of issues, he is advancing an agenda for South Florida that will benefit the constituents I so proudly represent. I congratulate him for this award because he has not only earned it but he embodies it through his work."

The award was presented during a cocktail reception in Washington DC that included the celebration of the third year of "Issues: Caras y Voces," a special segment that highlights Latino leaders and is broadcast on the Azteca America television network. The event was also held in conjunction with the Congressional Hispanic Staffers Association (CHSA).

"It is a great pleasure to see Arthur receive this award. He is an example to many of how hard work and dedication lead to results," said Luis J. Echarte, Chairman of Fundacion Azteca America and Azteca America Network.

"The Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute is honored to take a moment to recognize the many contributions and service Hispanic staffers provide to the United States Congress and, in turn, the American people," said Octavio A. Hinojosa Mier, CHLI Executive Director. "As a former Congressional Hill staffer, I am especially delighted to salute Arthur Estopinan for his amazing record of public service."
